We've all heard that letting go and surrendering is a good idea. Many spiritual and religious paths emphasize how important it is to 'let go and go with the flow', but often don't tell us how.

Michael James is an uplifting author, counsellor and in-demand teacher of spiritual wisdom. He enjoys sharing techniques that help people connect with their inner truth and improve the quality of their lives. Originally drawn to the Science of Mind/Religious Science philosophy via Louise Hay, he has studied many different religious and philosophical traditions. His training includes Integrative counselling methods, yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu- and he also uses his own techniques and intuition when assisting others. The work of Esther and Jerry Hicks (Abraham) continues to inspire him and he greatly enjoys incorporating this information into his practice. Michael has a background in the natural sciences and journalism, producing medical science documentaries for mainstream media in the UK and internationally. In the process he has witnessed countless examples of the astounding power of the human mind and spirit.
